I was not aware of the roof damage that had occurred due to hail and wind. I also didn’t think coverage would be involved since the roof was 20+ years old. Robert made an initial inspection and let me know what he found. I scheduled an inspection with my insurance adjuster, he was very thorough spending over 3 1/2 hours reviewing, measuring, and appraising shingle, gutter, vent damage. This was on a Saturday and Robert came and stayed with him side-by-side the entire time. I don’t believe the roof replacement would’ve gone through without Roberts side-by-side communication with the appraiser. The installation crew was thorough, did a great job and made sure to conduct extensive cleanup around the property when done. Robert came in for the final inspection and pointed out a number of small things that I would’ve never noticed for the crew to complete before their departure. Thanks Infinitely and Robert!
