We had damage from the winds and Jarrod & his team helped guide us through the whole process with what we needed, materials being delivered, proper coverage in the process, handling our insurance and even determining the color! The crew was extremely professional, and they were so aware of making sure all the scrap, nails and anything that my pups could step on was picked up! Helpful and responsive
We worked with Patrick Rios and he was great about communicating in a timely manner and moving things along. As is rumored, working with insurance companies can be a bit of a nightmare - in our case, our original adjuster quit mid process which caused a ton of delay. Patrick handled communications with insurance so we were only minimally involved. Highly recommend. They gave us much needed updates to our roof (ridge vent) that originally insurance refused. Roof and gutters look great! We’ve had people give us compliments while driving by the house!
Smooth as butter
For starters, I expected a giant headache. I had never made a claim before and was standing in my front yard contemplating how to do so. Then I saw Jon West at the end of my street and my worries were over. He walked me through ever single step and was there by cell to answer any questions or concerns I had. The finished roof is top notch and now my whole neighborhood is jealous. Thank you Jon West and Infinity Roofing!!!

Best Roofing Experience Imaginable
It’s difficult to know where to stars in commending the professionalism, workmanship, and quality of work that I experienced with Infinity Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a hail storm, thus causing a need for repair. Having used Infinity in the past for our first home, the choice for us was simple due to the quality of service we received then as well. The project manager that we had for our job, Achilles Alder, went above and beyond to answer every question I had, while also handling every challenge that came up with ease. Achilles not only assisted my family with the burden of dealing with insurance, but also worked with my busy schedule to ensure everything was done on my timeline since I work nights. I could not be more impressed with the quality and care that went into building my new roof. All-in-all, you will be glad you called Infinity Roofing for all of your roofing needs, I know that I am.
